Awarded a string of medals including Gold from the IEWA and Silver from WineGBWest in 2019.
100% Pinot Noir grapes from the steepest parcel of our vineyard are andled as gently as possible to create this spectacular wine. We have watched it evolve
over the years as it matures on the lees. Now it is displaying true depth and complexity that comes from extended lees cintact.
Soon this wine will be reserved for Wine Club members only so it is worth buying now whike you can!
Pale rose gold colour with small bubbles; apple and pear fruit with smokey overtones and a delicate yeast on the palate. Lively acidity, crackling mousse texture with lovely definition and good length.
