The 2018 Vintage of dreams changed English wine history. The hot and dry growing season produced the most perfect grapes for our Sparkling wines.
We knew this wine had a lot of potential and with the passing of six years on the lees it has developed into something rather special. A beautifully balanced sparkling with crisp acidity and incredible depth and complexity.
Awarded two Silver medals from the 2023 WineGB Awards and the 2023 WineGB West Awards.
Pale gold in colour with fine bubbles, bright acidity with red apple and pear fruit and beautifully integrated autolytic notes on the palate.
