The 2018 Vintage of dreams changed English wine history. The hot and dry growing season produced the most perfect grapes for our Sparkling wines. The early release showed us the wine had a lot of potential and now with over 6 years on the lees we are have a beautifully balanced sparkling with incredible depth and complexity.
Awarded two Silver medals from the 2023 WineGB Awards and the 2023 WineGB West Awards.
Pale gold in colour with fine bubbles, bright acidity with red apple and pear fruit and beautifully integrated autolytic notes on the palate.
