We have been blown away by the reception of this new Blanc de Noir release.
Crafted from our 2021 vintage from 100% Pinot Noir 777 from the steepest vineyard parcel. Low intervention winemaking with no fining or filtering of the base wine. Second fermentation using IOC 18-2007 yeast and four years lees ageing and finally hand riddling and disgorging.
This sparkling wine displays pristine freshness with lovely bright acidity and beautiful weight and richness and was awarded 97 points by Suzy Atkins MW in the 2025 WineGB West competition.
