Late Harvest Pinot Noir Rosé 2022 - New Release
This little gem was created from the exceptionally ripe Pinot Noir grapes harvested in 2022. With 24 hours maceration the juice picked up both the beautifully rich colour and a lovely rich strawberry note.
This style of wine is known as a Clairet in France and is popular in Bordeaux.
Perfect as an aperitif, with a range of cheeses and even as a drier style of desert wine.
If you are looking for a rosé with richness and depth then this is for you.
